Policies and Shipping

In-Store Pick-Up

We are here to help make shopping easier! All items available in our online catalogue are available for in-store pick-up at our     

St. Albert, Unity Square, and Riverbend Square locations. 

Order Processing Information:

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing during our days of operation. Please note orders placed Saturday evening to Monday will not be processed until Tuesday. 
  • Need to pick-up your online order same day? Please contact St. Albert at 780-458-9181, Riverbend Square at 780-988-2088, or Unity Square at 587-474-1472.  We will do our best to try to accommodate your request. 

Pick-up Information:

  • When you arrive at the store, please notify any Sales Staff that you are picking up an online order
  • You will be required to show a form of government issued ID to pick-up your order
  • If you would like a family member or friend to pick-up your online order, please contact us at to make arrangements

Please pick-up your in-store order within 14 days of the transaction being completed. If you need to make alterative arrangements please contact us at Items left for over 30 days will be returned to inventory and your purchase will be refunded as an in-store credit.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders will be shipped via Canpar or Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes will be applied when your order is processed to where the item will be shipped. 

All orders are shipped out of our Unity Square location and take 1-2 business days to process. All online orders are shipped out from Tuesday to Friday. 

Special Orders: Any item marked as a special order will be shipped once them item(s) arrive in-store. Orders with in-stock items and special ordered items will be shipped when all items have arrived. 

Please note: at this time we are unable to ship bikes and are excluded from our shipping promotion

**Some items, including bicycle wheels, rims,  car racks, indoor trainers, Thule chariots, select baskets and other items may incur additional shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping to the US and International

Currently we are unable to ship products outside of Canada.


Every week we are receiving dozens of orders from all our vendors. This means a surplus of cardboard boxes! We will repurpose some of these boxes for shipping. 

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we are only able to ship bike parts and accessories. If you purchase a bicycle online, it will automatically be set up to in-store pick-up at the Cranky’s location of your choice.

Our website is intended to help you. Our online catalogue is always updating to reflect new inventory. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.

We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items due to low stock levels.
